Electromagnetic flowmeter
The MAGX2 is an improved version MAGX1. It continues with the philosophy of the modular design “Plug and Play” keeping all its advantages with a few additional improvements to satisfy the feedback received from our markets.

The Electro magnetic flowmeter EMF offer excellent solutins for conductive liquids. The flowmeters are not suited for gasses or air. They are also not suited for non conductive liquids such as oil or ultra pure water. They are very widely possible for normal water, drinking water, waste water, beer, slurry's, chemicals diluted in water.

The MAGX2 is an improved version of the successful Arkon MAGX1. It continues with the philosophy of the modular design “Plug and Play”; It is a flexible device for customising all applications, from the most simple, where costs are very important to the most demanding, requiring a high technical solution such as GPRS or TCP/IP communication. The transmitter consists of the low-cost basic unit plus optional modules according to the end-user’s requirements. Each module is in fact a small electronic board, the size of a large postage stamp, which can be freely installed and removed from the main board in seconds.

Connections available: DIN, ANSI, JIS, wafer, Tri-clamp, ANSI 11851. Others on request
Liner materials available: Hard rubber, PTFE, PFA, soft rubber.
Electrode material stainless steel as standard. Also hastelloy C, tantalum, titanium and platinum available

Auto cleaning electrodes
IP67 transmitter protection. IP68 sensor protection available
3rd electrode for earthing and empty pipe detection
Temperature sensor - to measure temperature of the measured medium
The sensor has automatic temperature compensation.
The flow meter is equipped with an automatic self-diagnostic tool for the sensor. A problem with the communication signal between sensor and transmitter will be reported on the transmitter display.

Graphic display with 6 touch buttons - Multi-language menu. Higher protection via look out system for touch buttons and 3 levels of passwords. User, Service, Factory settings
Universal power supply unit 90-250VAC +/- 10%, 50-60Hz. 24VDC and 12VDC are also available.
All communication based on MODBUS RTU (only one communication module can be installed at the same time):
BLUETOOTH as a communication option. A mobile network is not required
TCP/IP module - Intranet use is extremely straightforward with the flowmeter having its own IP- address. With the correct setup, the same module can be used via the internet. All over the world using MAGX2 software is possible to connect to the flowmeter via internet.
GPRS Wireless communication system which is performed by the GPRS protocol.
RS232, RS485 and USB communications also available
Data downloading and communication does not require disassembly of the housing. No removal of large
covers or lids is necessary. When using RS485, Bluetooth, GPRS or TCP/IP communication, data-downloading and communication is provided with IP67 protection.

Electromagnetic flowmeter
The MAGB1 is the new Arkon battery powered electro- magnetic flowmeter. MAGB1 offers ±0.5% accuracy of actual value. Battery life is up to 5 years.. Communication is done via USB using MODBUS RTU protocol.


The MAGB1 is the new Arkon battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter. MAGB1 ±0.5% accuracy of actual value. That makes it possible to install a reliable flowmeter virtually anywhere without sacrificing accuracy or performance if main power is not available. It is powered by 2 x 3.6V lithium batteries placed inside the transmitter. Battery life is up to 5 years. Communication is done via USB using MODBUS RTU protocol. Compact and remote versions are available (cable length limited to 6 meters for remote version).

AGRIMAG

Agrimag is the new Arkon electromagnetic flowmeter for agricultural applications. It is a low cost plastic electromagnetic flowmeter that is powered by 6 standard AA batteries (battery life of 1–3 years). It is available in 3 sizes (25, 50 and 80 mm) with manifold clamping flanges connections, compatible with fitting kits for DIN, BSP, NPT and other common connections.
